Do you allow alcoholic beverages on the premises? Yes! We welcome our guests to offer alcoholic beverages during their event. All alcoholic beverages must be serviced only by a licensed and insured mobile bartending service of your choice. WE REQUIRE PROVIDERS INSURANCE PRIOR TO BEING ABLE TO SERVE.
What's included in the base rental fee? The base rental fee includes access to the venue during event time, tables, Chiavari chairs/banquet chairs, char pads, uplighting, linen napkins, table linens (black, white or Ivory), acrylic charger plates (gold or silver), on site event manager, Bluetooth speaker.
Are you able to hold dates? Yes, as a courtesy we will hold your preferred event date for 3 days. Note: A courtesy hold does not guarantee that your date is secure. A booking fee is necessary to reserve your date.
Can I arrange to bring in my own vendor? Yes! We have an open vendor policy. Your event manager can also provide you with recommendations from our preferred vendors list if needed.
Can I cook onsite? We do not have a kitchen so all food must be fully prepared prior to entering the venue. You are allowed to use chafing dishes to warm your dishes before being served. We do have a kitchen area for your convenience.
What is required to book an event? To reserve your event date we require a 50% booking fee. Final balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your event. The booking fee is non-refundable. In the event that you need to change your event date we will attempt to accommodate you as best we can. We accept all major credit cards, and cash, no personal checks.
Is smoking permitted in the Studio? Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Any violation of this rule could result in your event being cancelled, no exceptions.
Who can rent the Venue? Anyone 18+ with a valid ID. Events thrown for minors and adult MUST be onsite at all times no exceptions.
